Post Odometer gear

Hi,
I bought an odometer gear from Scott Levy, Looks good, but I have one problem, his instructions start with the instrument panel out of the car and on a table. How do I get the instrument panel out of the car to start with????

You can use the applicable parts of our dash removal procedure: <a href="http://www.tech-session.com/Paragon/Tech/late_944_dash_replacement.htm" target="_blank">944 dash replacement</a>

I have a specific one going up soon, but that won't help a bit right now, will it

Good Luck!

Here is a dash removal instruction that I wrote to replace burnt dash bulbs (Late model dash - I think this is 86 and later) It is a bit easier than Paragon's instructions (No offense!)

Good luck - be gentle - that old plastic is brittle!

Thanks guys, Worked like a charm, I had to tear apart the dash and replace it twice due to the tricky gears, but I eventually got it to work without breaking anything....Amazing...me not breaking anything for once.
