Im just letting mine vent to the ground just like the way the stock expansion tank does. If you look on the tank near the stock radiator cap you can see a black rubber line that goes down and dumps the overflow to the ground.

hot tank/chemical bath
they start out looking this this:
then you hot tank them and it removes all the drease/oil/dirt/sludge but still looks less than awesome. I dont think i have any pictures of this stage but its just bare metal but its still got stains and things on it.
but then you throw a little bit of paint on the nice clean metal and you get this:

Well I don't think I even come close to you guys but still will like to show my ex 83-944 & my new to me 968 engine bays.
