Default valve guides

Getting parts ready to redo the tired cylinder head on my 86 na (140k). For the valve guides, should I get 1st replacement size or std? I'm assuming that 1st replacement will require a bit of head reaming to insert and that the std might be a bit too loose after removing the stock guides.

Anyone been through this? What size did you use?

Thanks
Storch
