Default Power steering pump belt.

What's the best way to change it? mine came off, and i was hanging on the pump, but looked very worn. so i picke dup a new one, but i'm not sure the best way on going about replacing it.

Do i just loosen the set of locknuts on the tension-er arm to the right of it(facing the car)

Loosen the turnbuckle tensioner, get belt on, and tighten the belt (Not too tight though!)
