Default piston/cylinder clearance and piston coating

So I'm in the middle of the rebuild process on my S2 engine and I'm trying to decide if it would be worth it to coat the pistons. I had a shop measure the clearance and it came out to right around .064mm for all four pistons. It's a good .016mm away from the wear limit of .080mm, but a far cry from the the new piston/cylinder measurements of .008-.032mm.

I could send the pistons to swain tech and a standard coating thickness would add .02mm to the skirt and get me closer to the new part limit. My concern is that with the clearance on the outer edge of the limit I could end up with a loud engine and possibly have a skirt break. Anyone have first hand experience with swain techs work? Would there be any performance benefit to having the skirt or dome coated on what would be a standard engine rebuild? Am I just being paranoid given that the clearance is within the porsche specifications for wear limit?
