David, lets see a pic of that nose pc with the grillwork. Did you tac weld it or bond it in place and where did you source the material?

 

Ski, This is a stainless sheet that I ran across on ebay, that I cut, polished and RTV'ed to the back of the nose panel.

I'm very interested in the final #'s on the engine. I want to pursue a 2.8L path as well, I think I'm pretty darn close to the limits of the 2.5L.
