Default 944S w/ 968 wheels: very good.

Finally got my 968 wheels on. Couldn't really be much happier with the results.
Went with four 7Jx16 No. 944.362.114.00 becuase I've got over 100K miles of seat time in this car and with the konis adjusted the way I've got them, I loved everything about the stock 7Jx15 phones w/ 215/60's. But it was tire time and there's no longer any tires I liked in 15's.

Tires are Micheilin 215/55ZR16 Pilot Sport A/S plus (same kind I have on the Carrera) and I think they are fantastic. Car feels way more precise. I am a little surpised how much of an improvement this made. Accelerating on high speed, very tight on ramps, all four wheels will break a touch at the same time (wet and dry), car sends the message 'don't worry this is just fine in this car' like it always did.

Did a solid week of daily driving (400mi) and was actually very sorry to switch back to the C4. But don't feel sorry for me.

---yup, I knew that idea would be only minutes away. Totally agree. Unfortuantely for me, next step is PSS10's on the Carrera.

I'm running 17" cup wheels on my na 944.

225s on the front and 255s on the rear.

I personally think it's a nice look - glad you are happy with it as well! And I agree with you on the handling - no complaints here.

Good to see another example of a white 944na with 968 wheels and dirty stone guards. I have exactly the same color car and old stone guards and as soon as I get done refinishing the 968 wheels I bought, they go on the car.

Cups are nice - would be my second choice. I like the more slender spokes of the 968's myself. Sure looks better with wider rears, though. Understeer's ok?

Handling is very neutral - just the way I like it!
