Question Back Seat Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the back seat from the vehicle. If so, does anyone have any pictures??? <img border="0" alt="[byebye]" title="" src="graemlins/wave.gif" />

I found it very easy.

There are two 10mm bolts to take out for the top portion (the one that folds). One on each side of the seat.

Then at the top of the second portion there are a number of clips that hold the material onto the body of the car. These just slide out.

Firmly grab the seat and lift out. The seat is just glued down. The material tucked and tack glued at the bottom of the seat where the carpet meets the seat (near the hump)

There you go. It took me maybe 20 minutes.

Donald,

That avatar is a riot!

50 cal,

Are you getting rid of your seat back? If so, and it is black "leather" with the push button style release, I'll take it off your hands.

Thanks Donald! Sounds like my kind of job! Manning, my seats have the Porsche script on them but they have the push button release. I'm taking it out because I'm thinking of doing something with the sound system set up. They really don't serve a valid purpose, just take up space and weight.

Was wondering if anyone has pictures of what this looks like so I can build something to replace the seat.
