it was a colossal mistake. but going back 15 years and finding every v8 thread, and even better,
finding one with Greg Sloan's epic posts was a bonus that got me so exited, I lost all objectivity and clarity...

This might be the best reasoning you've ever had for a long dead thread revival evarrr lol!

this will be the rare exception, as I am unveiling a much larger sinister plan to repost all the obscure v8 threads from the bygone era....

there's actually only 10 or 12 significant albeit, short threads. but I found them all.

only, instead of bumping, I'm just reposting them in my v8 thread.

(post #128 is the first installment) https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-...issions-9.html

....lest the original knowledge and history of the 944V8, (and the 944V8 wars from 5~10 years ago) - be lost forever.

but, most of you know there's something seriously wrong, and i'll be thrown into the bottomless pit before i let that happen.

I've had a paid account for a few years, don't really need one anymore... The car is up for sale. I might be parting it out as I've received interest in the drivetrain and reasonable offers for multiple parts. Time for a boosted v12.

Yessir, have a gentleman taking a look at it possibly this weekend.

He has a 3.2 swapped 914 as his fun car.
