Complete conversion setup with perfect black door panels and cards, window winders, hardware, all clips and door pockets. The manual regulators have great looking teeth and bolt right into any 944 the panels will only work on early cars 1983 - 1985 this setup saves at least 8 lbs per door!

On the late cars you can just do what the factory did when power windows were not used, they use a Right Hand Drive cars passenger side trim piece with only 1 slot for a window switch and then plug it with the same plugs that are in the center console cutout! Then you just plug your passenger side the same way! Then all you need to do is cut a hole for the winder handle! And I would recommend getting a very late 944 S2 or 951 S door panel set that has the speakers under the arm rests so you dont have to worry about clearance issues! Then your car will look factory!

The early regulators will bolt into a late car but you will have one of two problems. There are two mounting options, the first one will allow you to move the window crank all the way around but the window will not go fully down anymore. If you use the second mounting option the window will go down all the way but the crank handle will hit the dash.

So when you turn the crank handle to move window up or down it will hit the dashboard every time around on al 85. 5 and later! Whats different about the regulators for the early doors? Are the bolt patterns on the doors just a hair different?
