I was wondering where the hell that second seal was. Thanks Jay.

And Bob, I ordered the alignment tool and am going to try to get it as absolutely perfect as I can.

Ok went out there and resealed the OPRV, used the alignment tool, and yada yada...
Anyway still sits at 2bar oil pressure all the time.

It really looks like the crank pulley wobbles an excessive amount, much more than it did before. When I tried to tighten the crank bolt it didn't budge, and I can't feel any play in the pulley.

Any suggestions on what I could do next? What would cause the pulley to be so wobbly? I was planning on taking the belt cover off and looking at the sprockets for the belts and see what's up in there.

Ran it for a few minutes today and again there was no noise that sounded like a rod knock.

Thanks for any help.

You said that you got new oil pressure sender. Was it like original or with different connections? Those can be bad out of the box. If you have the old one that worked you can try to use that. Oil pressure tester would be the best.

You could always drain the oil and look the plug magnet. If there is metal pieces then bearings are probably gone.

The pressure sender worked for about 20K miles. And it was like the old sender but with the same type of connections.

Alright. But it does sound a bit loud from the top like the lifters aren't getting enough oil, and the crank pulley wobbles too much for my liking.

If the crank pully "wobbles" , you should pull the crank pully and check if the pullys are in the correct order or if one of the pully holes is out of round.
Then check the oil pump sleeve, seal and the oil pump.

The bolt was loose. Tightened it up today, and it built oil pressure just fine.
I don't know how I missed it the first time I tried to tighten it......
Add one more to my list of stupidity, but at least it wasn't a bearing.
