Weight reduction or cubic dollars. your choice.
No one mentioned it, but a light weight gel cell battery can shed a few pounds too. Anyone make a lexan rear hatch glass? A stock hatch can't be very light!
Already mentioned, but light weight seats are readily available these days.
Go on a diet. I could stand to lose 20lbs! errr maybe 30.
