With the rev limiter raised you
can easily hit 60 in second. Helps with reducing 0-60 times drastically.
Of course that doesn't help the R&P at all.

this is true...you arent even that far off of 60 when upshifting from 2nd gear...
+1 on the R/P comment, dont know if that box likes 284hp..

i think it would be marvelous if someone with access to callaway parts could help us make reproductions and improvements..

Not worth anywhere near that, even though they are rare. For that kind of money I'd much rather have a 924 Carrera GT.
