Magnaflow that is 5 inch diameter?

I just recieved my magnaflow muffler. It is the round style, and has a 6 inch diameter. It looks like it should be OK. However it is larger than I thought it would be. Anyone know if it will be a problem to fit it?

3in./3in. 14in. tube, overall it is 20in.
