Yeah 4300 for a 951 is an immediate red flag. You should probably pay that for a medium nice to nice NA from what I've read.

nice looking 951.
I picked mine up for less than that ( with 3" stack of service documents where half the car has been replaced over the years ) so instantly guessing it's a scam I did not.
Sucks if it is :-(

Yup, it certainly is a scam but there are at least 5 or 6 turbos for sale at the same kind of price... They are everywhere.

These scams are great. When I was looking into my current 944, we test drove it, had it checked out and made an offer. Current owner accepted the offer and we agreed to come get the car the next day. Come the following morning, I see my soon-to-be car re-listed for a cheaper price and a different phone number. I called the owner and he assured me we still had a deal. Apparently, some moron just jacked the ad off of Craigslist and edited the ad just slightly. My wife called the number listed and got no answer. Just out of curiosity, she texted the number to see if the car was still available. Number responded with, "Sold".

Some people just have entirely too much time on their hands...

I actually bought my 951 (with 70K miles) for much less than that. As far as I know, it wasn't a scam, just a seller with too little garage space and an approaching winter!

That one has been scamming for months, Mine however is for sale for $4300 but it has some rust on the the front fenders, headlight buckets and youd' have to run down an electrical gremlin from the previous owner who just did the clutch and then never got it to fire again.
