<img border="0" alt="[byebye]" title="" src="graemlins/wave.gif" /> i'm here....racing against time to get my car finished.
1pm at ian's (eurospeed951) spots at the swapmeet was the last thing i heard about a GTG. im not sure if that still stands...
i've been noticing 944s out all over in my travels...i often wonder if theyre rennlisters

About 4 months ago, I relocated to PA from MA. I live in Franklin County... around the Chambersburg PA/Marion PA/Greencastle PA/Hagerstown MD area.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to go to Hershey. I usually don't have to work weekends, but that weekend I do. Of all weekends... go figure!!
Anyway, I hope to see you sometime at an autocross or PCA event... or some gathering.
Keep in touch.

I'm based in Philadelphia, and have been driving around in my 944 for a few months. I live in Roxborough/Manayunk area, and might be spotted around the Plymouth Meeting area.
I am aiming to go to Hershey, and if anyone else is going from this area and wants a "hopefully clean by then" guards red 944 to tag along with let me know. (I'll jump over to the Hershey Caravan Forum in a bit)

Sauerkraut,
Don't think I've been up that way recently, but I have spotted a few n/a around plymouth meeting. In fact theres some body kitted '79 924 sitting for sale in a parking lot on the corner of Ridge and Butler pike. Aparently it's "Turbo Ready" for $4500.

Tim,
I don't thnik the guys' name was Chip Herr. Supposedly his family was the one that owned "Charles Chips", those potato chips that come in a big can, that sort of looks like a 5-gallon bucket. Anyways, my roomate was Ken Offidani(I think I spelled the last name correctly) he had a younger brother and I think they both went to Hempfield? I know they both played soccer. He ended up dropping out to help his folks open an "Auntie Anne's" pretzel franchise(this was back in 1992)at some mall around Lancaster. Then Ken decided to stay out of school and he and another friend opened an Auntie Annes' in some mall near Alexandria VA.
When he first said he wasn't coming back to school, we all were on his case, then I went to visit him in VA at his sweet-as-hell townhouse, where he had a brand-new RX-7, 4Runner and a Yamaha PWC which he raced on the weekends. His roomate/business partner had a silver 951! Needless to say, the pretzel business was good to him. Unfortunately, I haven't seen or talked to him since his wedding (about 1997?).
