Enlarging 951/S2 front radiator opening

968 Turbo S and RS had a considerably larger opening in the bumper cover to let more air in. And there is a company in the UK that has a proprietary coating process they do to headers (and most F1 teams use it) that reduces underhood temps. I'll try and dig through my copies of Thoroughbred and Classic and Classic and Sportscar mags to find the website link tomorrow.

Jet Coatings in the U.S.

Ceramic coating inside and out, just have to pick the right one, as the less expensive coatings will be DESTROYED by our EGTs at WOT...

That opening was to feed the intercooler, and since this car was not meant for racing, the extra cost associated with an exit duct wasn't necessary, as the car was fast enough.
