Post Sold My 944!!! BTW: It's tight yo : )

Well I sold my euro spec 944 last night. Now I am just waiting for the money transfer to go through before I give him the keys.....

The guy didn't even try to talk me down. I got $3800 for it which is really good for a euro spec car. (good for me that is ) That is what I listed it for too!!

I hope the guy enjoys it, he already mentioned putting some "lights and a wing" on it <img border="0" alt="[crying]" title="" src="graemlins/crying.gif" /> I guess he can do what he wants with it...

He tried out the CD player with some Eminem and there were a lot of expressions like "that's tight" and such...

...As long as the money is green. (or something like that, except for when dealing with wire transfers and foreign currency and the like)

Hey Michael,

I keep meaning to ask you if you are anywhere near Ramstein AB (I have no clue). My cousin is stationed over there, I think he just got bumped to LTC, so either Maj or LTC Manning. I know it's a big Air Force, but you know the saying about small world. Besides, his duty basically puts him in charge of all the airspace from Iceland through eastern Europe, so it's not like he is off the map.

Just interested.

Hey.

My new employer is Canadian. Worked it into the contract that they pay me in bannans and Subway tokens. Only way I could get anything out of them.

In the past it was it's own base but not anymore. I am about 18miles I believe from Ramstein. So it looks like Tim is still a Maj, hasn't put on LtCol just yet. Ramstein is huge so odds are I will never even pass him on driving by on base. The area we live in is the biggest concentration of Americans living outside of the US. That is with all of the Army people and such..

The euro was something like .89cents to the dollar today. That is the lowest I have ever heard...
