lol, working on it right now. I will get it up on or before the weekend.
Everything is a go so no worries there. T shirts are being printed, flying incendiary devices are being shipped in from china, a small forest is being cleared for our bon fire wood and Dan P is making plans to knock off a DQ in order to get us some burgers for the grill.
Business as usual at 944Fest HQ, which is.. I guess.. this thread. Welcome!!
BTW, anyone have some extra pistons / rods to donate this year for our trophies. We need 10 total.

Hey travis, looking foreward to it this year (missed it in 20009) and I'm proud to say that I'm supporting your efforts this time. It was me who recently called you about a timing belt kit , and I placed my order this morning. Thanks a bunch.

Hey I actually have this weekend free this year! I think it will three years since I was last able to make the Fest. Although, I will be passing on the trackday, but can be down Friday evening. Guess that means the car has got to be back together by June.

Anyway - if there are any specific requests - I can make a few up just for the occasion. One minor issue - I have no 944s to use as subjects. Any 944s or other special cars should be sent to me so I can prepare them in time for the Fest.
One more thing. Any chance we could scam an incendiary device or two in advance? We are holding our Triathlon prior to the Fest this year. The hot air balloon was a big hit at last year's event.

Looks like I'll probably be getting a job in Indy so I will be there!! Now I'll just have to convince them to let me take a friday off in the first month I'm working Worst case is I'll be there friday night.

Dioramas! WOW! You da man, Harco! I'm guessing those are in Hot Wheel scale? You will find 100s of those 67 Chargers before you stumble upon some die cast 944s, I may have one or two.. I'll shoot ya a PM. WOW!!

That Delta one rules. My first car was a Beta. Good times.
I am hoping to have my 944 ready for next year. I wanted to make this with my first one but never got the chance. Looks to be good times!

Dan P - yes Hot Wheels and Matchbox. Larger scale would mean more detail and a lot more work.
Brad - It's a Stratos. But who's keeping score? Lancias are probably quite cool as long as you don't need parts. I suspect rust is an issue as well. At least according to Top Gear, anyway...
