S8 had either the N/A V8 or V10 (depending on year/generation). You are thinking of the C5 RS6 which had the TT V8. The C6 RS6 has a TT V10.

Modified 968 Bridge Spoiler
I'm working on this project. I picked up a cheap 944 hatch with hoop spoiler, I really like the look of the 968 adjustable spoiler but didn't even want to think about purchasing one. I basically took the stock hoop spoiler, cut it on a band saw and made aluminum plates to cap the ends. So far it has taken allot of fiber glass work to get the gaps perfect, the hoop spoiler was also badly fitted so I has to do may adjustments to get it looking right. As you can see it needs to be prepped for paint, I plan to paint the frame black and the hoop guards red.

I would like your help and value ur in put with the car, not my English. Granted that in put is though comuncation of the writen word. If you guys want real English this is what ur getting, British talk, from a native tounge. So the point ur commenting on is proper English, I'm not on this forum 2 fight or be little peoples miskates and understAnding. I'm here 2 impove my knowagle of my car not my English degree.

ive got teh late 944s2/951 bridge spoiler often called a 968 spoiler here because it was standard production for 968 cars but first appeared on late S2s then turbos although mine is a replica without eht thrid break light it was originally a KLA industries item when i bought it years ago i think im going to remove it in the spring tho as i am considering going back to the stock spoiler and removing the 968cs mirros and installing the turbo cup ones instead but im not certain either way ill prolly keep the mirrors and spoiler after i take them off so they arent for sell o and i dont notice any areo difference between the two spoilers but i dont get up over 140mph often exept for when i am running from the police.

you can really notice a difference in "planted" feeling over 100mph with the sunroof open vs closed. im guessing air being deflected over the roof rather than down to the spoiler is the reason for this. it feels sorta skittish at that speed. however with the roof closed...solid.

they don't want to talk about real things just beers and koi ponds, ive been through this... its like a franternity... first you have to make a joke, then you have to buy one of lart's parted cars, then you have to poke fun at yourself, man i'm uglay and fat, then you realize that none of these guys (well maybe 5 out of the whole board) know anything. just my opinion.
