That's awesome, where did you get that?!

I even like the lighter/ Cigar combo.

My Zippo has the Boston Bruins on it, but that is for others to use. My cigars are always started with a colibri!

Looks great, although it might be a little close to your elbow?

Where else? Imagine Auto. Actually I was worried about my elbow too, but it's far enough back to be out of the way. But if I ever slam into second and miss, I got a big mess to clean up.

Artic Czar-
Looking good. Do you have a part#?
I took a quick look at the Imagine Auto website but didn't find the piece.

Thanks,
Clem

A cupholder in a Porsche? Not my taste.

It's a Porsche, not a Camry.

A Cohiba...well now that is an entirely different story.

cup holder = cheeting

we all get that wet spot on the side of our pants from placeing the mcdonalds cup between our leg and the center console. Its like a 944 tradition.

That would get condensation on the console. Too messy. I am still in the no drinks, food, mud, or smoking in the Porsche club.

I have drinken something like a half liter soda bottle with a cap in the car. But that is as far as I will go.

Good idea.
Great photo!
Personally it's not my type of thing. I'm sure there's a reason that didn't come standard with the car. JMHO.

ArcticCzar,

If you have a part number that would be great.I couldn't find it on the Imagine site (I think the ActiveX wasn't playing nice for me). I for one wouldn't mind being able to stow a drink when I drive.

thanks

I think these: ultimate cupholders may be worthwhile in our cars. You could sit them in the pass footwell and tuck the securing part up under the side of the console, let the bottom sit on the floor.

I can't find anything 944 related on the imagine site
Those "Ultimate Cupholders" seem nice but $25 a piece seems expensive to me

from the Ultimate Cupholder website
[quote]Porsche, Mercedes, and Audi versions coming soon - I need vehicles in the DC area for fitting and testing prototypes. Please contact me if you can help. Again, no alteration, disassembly, or driving is necessary.

I find that the space between the passenger seat and the fire extinguisher in the Brey-Krause mount works splendidly for a travel cup.

ArcticCzar,
You mind sending me one of those smokes to see if it fits in my center console? I'll send it back. I promise
