Default Stranded in DC?

Visiting a friend in DC, came out to leave pressed the clutch and it goes straight to the floor. Does anyone have a "power bleeder" in the DC area?

I have been able to do it by myself without a power bleeder by breaking loose the metal line fitting right where the line loops over and heads down the side of the engine. Look near the oil filler cap for the connection. I pump up the pedal, put a stick between the clutch pedal and the front of the seat, and let the air bubbles out right there and have good success.
