Figured out a good way to make an N/A go faster
... learn to drive! I spent the weekend doing two autocrosses, first one was a PCF competition and the second one was sort of an "open-for-all" type of thing. Out of these two, the porsches-only -competition was more interesting, as I came in 14th (out of 19 participants) - but two friends borrowed my car and they placed 2nd and 3rd!! So now I definately know what part needs to be upgraded first...

We only have something like 300 members, and 19 in an autocross is considered "plenty" So we don't have any specific classes either, it's 911s vs. 944s (not many 914s around here either.. a shame, really!), but not really serious - and I get to say I beat a Gemballa GTR600 once!
A direct address to the competition result page is http://www.porsche-club.fi/slalom/index.html (we call autocross "slalom" in here..)
A quick dictionary to help you out a bit:
1. piste - point
2. kilpailu - competition
3. tulokset - results
4. paras aika - best lap (/time)

Ah, it's fine to read some finnish on the Rennlist...AT last!
Yes only 300 members on our club, but hey let's face the facts, there's only little bit over 5 million inhabitants in Finland, perhaps between 1000-2000 Porsches.Geographically Finland is one of the biggest countries in the Europe, long distances,so 19 Porsches is plenty. And of course this (F-word) car taxes which is third highest in the world is the major problem what comes to Porsches and the other high price cars.My 951 cost almost 120.000$ when new, don't even know what the price is according todays prices.
Most of Porsches are in relatively small area in the southern part of Finland (capital Helsinki area),so it's quite handy if you need help there's fellow member nearby.
