Cool. So us n/a guys have something to brag about. Our hoses are larger and longer.

Hmm - Have to check the spec rules. I'm interested but have to check legality.

Hi Mike, Question, what is ment by Heater Bypass Hose Kit? Does the Heater Hose Kit come with the Complete Radiator Hose kit? I guess what I'm saying is that I want the Heater Hose up to the shut off valve.

Cheers,
Larry

+1 on 944 N/A hoses ('87)

Norma clamps are much better than the regular bits. Rolled edges to start cuts and no holes for the rubber to squish through.

Grandpa#3. There are three radiator hoses at the back of the motor for the heater core delivering the
water from the engine to the firewall for the heater associated with the Heater Bypass Valve. So we call those the Heater Bypass Hoses. We separate and sell them separately from our radiator hose kits.

Don't forget our group buy is ending today. You can always buy the hoses, but at higher
pricing.

I'm curious, why separate them? Is this because racers generally don't need the heater bypass hoses?

I already sent my email... I feel guilty for neglecting my 944 for so long. I think I've had it for almost 5 yrs now. Hopefully the pretty silicone hoses I'm buying for her will keep her happy

Same reason we sell the individual hoses. Sometimes people don't want to buy more then they need.
Giving the option to add to your hose order or not made sense. If you tried to purchase radiator hoses
from our web site, you would be confronted with that decision in order to proceed to checkout. This purchase is being handled differently and you wouldn't otherwise know they are not included.

And.... some don't want to change the rear hoses since you really cannot see them if your going
for the color thing.

Of the 20+ people who expressed a interest in ordering 944 hoses, only 4 came through which
was somewhat dissapointing. The price level will then be for the 1-10 set rate.

Your hoses are on order. Thanks guys!

Mike - sorry it worked out like that, unfortunatly this coming just after the holidays and having no specific need right now meant it was to be for me. Maybe later in the year.

WHAT HAPPENED to All you gents that wanted to jump on board? The next time we have a chance for a group buy, IF we ever do, don't even post anything if your not in all the way. I ordered 2 sets for myself. Do I want a pat on the back, NOT ME. I don't have much, but I do have MY WORD and it is GOOD AS GOLD. Question? Did I really need them right now? Answer, NO, but I'll need them in six months for two cars, so why not get them at a cheaper price now while I can. When you're retired like I am you have to watch how you spend your money. I really like this group, but I feel let down in a way. I know, Mike, feels let down after all the chatter.
