Battery Suggestions
Looks like my garage queen needs another battery. Past several years I have been able to drive it some over the winter to keep it up.
But, this winter I could only start it an let it run in the garage. (door was open)
Have an Interstate in it now and was wondering what your thoughts were on a replacement.
No system or anything.

I have been running a Dura-Last from AutoZone for 5 years- True, mine has been a daily driver lately- but when it DID fail replacement was free- after 3 years of use. It has gone flat a few times when it was sitting for a month or so in extremely cold weather- the re-charge is always free. (I forgot to say the Autozone was about 5 blocks from my old house)- many of my neighbors thought I was weird ( A huge stretch..)walking around town with a car battery..

I'm sure they thought it was wierder when you kept walking back to your car with the hood up a few weeks ago. Then walking around with a coil in your pocket.
"Hey is that a coil in your pocket or are you just glad to see me?"

I was all set to buy an interstate until I removed the old battery and found a significant spot of rust underneath. I quickly changed my mind and went with the Optima orange top gel battery. I really don't want to repair any more spots.
