The only reason it is so cheap is because it is parked at a friends house, and he has been told by the city to lose some vehicles..... I would much rather keep it... but..... you know...... I will also entertain trades
If you've got to lose some vehicles, why would you entertain trades?
Sounds fishy... It's probably been neglected/abused considering the condition that it is in regarding the transmission, pricing, etc. Sad.

that car is pretty far from the mountains. Having lived in the northeast with the salt air etc., i wouldnt jump to the conclusion that the location of the car, and the local roads had anything do do with it becoming a pile.
