I just checked my shed, I have all the parts to put this thing back together except the fender.

Depends on how you look at it. From an emotional standpoint, the car is a couple hundred bucks in parts, and 25 labor hours away from being a survivor.

From a purely economic standpoint, the primary parts (engine, transmission, brakes, wheels, interior) are probably worth $3,000 or more, and those parts would keep the rest of the 944 "fleet" running. Obviously, someone else decided to treat is as a parts car! I say finish the job.

Yeah but this one is running and that makes a huge difference. Those parts could be picked up for 150 bucks and an hour on Craigslist. Not to mention its a very easy color to match panels for.... "Hella Faded Guards Red"
