Post Changing Oil Pan Gasket

I have read in previous posts that you need to support the engine in order to change this. I was wondering if anyone had any instructions for the best way to build a brace to support it from the top.
Thanks

Perfect, thanks.
I've got a pretty good leak down there. Probably be a good idea to do the bearings while I am in there.
