Which spring to use in Forge bov?

Default Which spring to use in Forge bov?
I just got a forge 007 bov and it came with 3 different springs. Anyone have recommends as to which one to use?

use the lightest one needed to hold desired boost

There should be a guide that tells you what each spring is rate for...check the Forge website if it wasn't included.
