Default Best Control Arms?

I need to get some new front control arms for my street?track project and was wondering if there is a "best" option.

Since Charlie arms seem impossible to find I was looking at either Lindsey or Racer's Edge.

I plan on running 18's with coilovers, big reds, etc.

I looked at those, thanks.

What testing have they been through and how long have they been in production? I need something that has been thoroughly tested and proven to be safe and reliable.

Anyone here have the Linsey arms?

They've been tested for one season by myself and about 5 944 Cup racers and a handful of other track/DE cars. No problems whatsoever when used with the solid caster blocks. They are tig welded chromoly with self-lubricating spherical joints.

I don't have any vested interest in these, btw. I designed them and my brother in law builds them. They are just a practical alternative for racers and track cars. I do drive mine on the street, but that's not really what they're intended for. With any of these aftermarket arms, you have to keep an eye on the spherical joints to make sure they aren't loose (worn) or tight (binding). I check mine before each DE and they still are like new after a few thousand miles and 4 DE weekends. The ball joints are about $20 each and take about 5 minutes to replace. Like I said, great for racers.

I happen to use Fabcar arms - but primarily because they came on a parts car I had.

However, Fabcar has a pretty long and successful racing history with them... Fully rebuildable, and all that.

Best? Charlie Arms.

Second Best? Fabcar.

I've been looking for a set of charlie arms to no avail. That's my first choice but I can't find them.

I appreciate the advice on the other options. Thank you!

I have the Racer's Edge arms as do several of my fellow instructors.
Very solid. You will not find a better set up for lowered car.
The downside is that they're not cheap....
