Post Got some more work done.... 03/10 *PICS*

-Installed left dash trim piece
-Installed the Steering Column parts
-Installed CS steering wheel
-Installed Fire Extinguisher Brey Kouse mount
-Placed 996 Stereo in pocket (For now)
-Figured out how to remove the lexon plastic easier... I bought small diamond blades that attach to the Dremel. slice around the plastic and pop the plastic out with a flat head screwdriver. These instructions are used when installing the Jager Gauge Bezels. I need to locate a guage cluster before I finish up the dash.

That looks great! Love the script next to the boost guage. I also really like that you used a 996 OEM stereo head unit in there. Congrats it's starting to come together! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" />

you cant really (6 gears versus 5 unlike his 968=6 gears)..you can however get a boxster 5-speed shifter to fit...

I have a gauge cluster minus the speedo from an 86 turbo if you need it. It could be yours for $50.00 and I will ship it to you UPS. Let me know if you are interested.

Are those the 996 Sport seats. How did you get them to fit. I heard those later seats would not work in our cars.

Thanks for the support...

Shifter...I have the 996 shifters recovered by the shop that recovered my interior. They have the pattern ready as they have made a dozen of these for the guys over at 968.net. The way it work track down a shifter (EBAY) in your case a Boxster shifter will be the appropriate pattern. You send the shifter & a $75 check and in a couple weeks you get this:

<img src="http://www.968s.com/shifter/996shift1.JPG" alt=" - " /> <img src="http://www.968s.com/shifter/996shift2.JPG" alt=" - " /> <img src="http://www.968s.com/shifter/996shift3.JPG" alt=" - " />

E-mail me eric.sandoval (@) Netifice.com if you want all the details.

993 Sport seats with hard backs. They are a direct bolt in and they use the same wire connectors. But they are not cheap!

Where did you get the carbon fibre pieces?
Looks awesome BTW. I am hopefully going to be able to get started on my interior before the summer. Have to get the running gear and chassis in shape first.
