Door pulls (interior) seem loose. Is it an easy fix?

Door pulls (interior) seem loose. Is it an easy fix?
Both doors seem to have the same issue. Whatever anchors the door pull to the door superstructure is loose so the door card flexes in. Easy fix?

Could also be the strap on the inside of the door isn't properly in its slot in the door structure!
Pulling the door panel off is maybe a 15-20 minute job the first time, just make sure you get all the screws. If the screws all come out, and the panel can be pulled away from the door the tab is not in its slot... it locates the top of the pull to the door structure...

i had this problem yesterday so i fiberglassed the back of the door card in all the broken and potentially weak spots (door handle, bolt for the armrest, speaker hole) for some reinforcement. now they dont flex anymore.
