you dont have one pad option, you have three from wilwood, and they all have different qualities. i really dont think anyone would need more than that. ive got the class e pads and they are a great aggressive steet pad, but i may move to class a when i start running autox.. with my pictured 17s, i can even change my pads WITHOUT jacking up the car or taking the wheel off.you can pull the clip and slide the pad right out. unfortunately, this will change when i mount my clubsports, but pad changes will still only take the time it takes to remove and replace a wheel. i dont know how much more ideal it can get.

wilwood calipers are also used by mini cooper and miata guys so its safe to say their pads are track proven. i have heard from some miata guys that there are other pad options (hawk??) but i have not taken the time to look (because i dont have any reason too)

i just got word today that Hawk does in fact have pads for wilwood calipers

Recheck post #29, where I listed the hawk parts. I'd suggest the HT's for good track pad.
