Euro Munic Plate
That plate has nothing common with german plates. It's defenitely not a Munic plate. Munic plates start with M. More letters, smaller place. Plate with three starting letters is typically a small village. Two letters indicates bigger town, one letter means a big city. Most EU plates have one to three letters, then taxation stamps or a dot, then one to four numbers, no letters in that latter section.
Most likely your plate is made outside EU, because it does not follow european plate standard at all.

Thats not a "turbo cup" brake duct - thats the stock air dam/bumper cover duct on any turbo.

The cups used a proto type scoop on the control arm along with the top deflector on the strut to channel the air coming through the front air dam and under the car to the brake rotor. The rotor backing plate (dust shield) has upper and lower cutouts for the scoops to deflect air at the rotor center and at the swept surface.

This setup was later used in production form on the 968s and are commonly retro-fitted to earlier 944s for brake cooling. System is relatively effective for cooling the brakes although likely not quite as effective as a direct ducted air stream of a traditional "cool brake" kit. The benefit is that you dont have fitment problems and rubbing problems with the dryer ducting of the cool brake setup.

To even the most casual observer, thats not an actual Turbo Cup car - its a stock street car.

Now, its probably a French M758/Turbo S car, which were marketed in France as the "turbo cup" option, not the "turbo S". But regardless - it is absolutly not the factory motorsport Turbo Cup/Club Sport version.

And also regardless of the car being a real Cup or not - the brake duct that you posted is a stock duct that were used on all production 951s from 86-88, including the motorsport cars. Most 89s also had them, but I have seen some late MY 89Ts that did not, as porsche started cutting production costs on the cars and began deleted options and standard equipment like headlight washers, forged piston rods, the front brake ducts, etc...

The lower a-arm scoop in the pic I posted is the only brake cooling part that was unique to the Cups.

Definitely NOT a Turbo Cup car. It's as much a Turbo Cup car as a 944 N/A is a Turbo because of a badge slapped on the back. The factory flag mirrors and rear wiper are the first dead give-aways.

As Jim stated those ducts you posted are standard 951 fair.
