I sent mine already somewhat shrunk...which may explain why its so friggin huge...

Actually, Danno had already shrunk my pic to avatar size and uploaded it in my pic thread. All I had to do was give John the location...it was already on his server! He didn't have to do anything to the pic so it was quick and easy
