Maybe he was on the Pelican Parts board and I'm confusing the two. Anyway, he was this annoying guy who claimed that his very lightly modded 944 n/a did 14-second-flat quarter-miles. I did respect his enthusiasm, but many thought he talked out an orifice other than his mouth.

Doug, going to the drugstore for some Ginkgo Biloba. Or was that Rocky Balboa?

On a serious note.... I think we need to create a new title for Danno.....3,000 posts!!?? And I bet 2,994 are technical answers to our silly questions.

Anybody up for suggestions? All hail danno! <img src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" border="0" alt="[bigbye]" />

How about "Deity"? Has a nice ring to it, and has the alliteration thing going with Danno. Post on, good man!!!

And sheeesh, I've got a problem with my title. A couple of hits on a crack pipe and they call you a User! Better than Dealer, I suppose.

P.S. Danno, do you know a guy named Mike Furnish? He's from Santa Barbara, and drives all the way down to San Diego for the auto-x's. Great guy, and wicked fast in an early-70's 911.

New title for Danno, Skip and a very few others, this title should have nothing to do with number of posts, but given to a person who has earned the right to carry it and voted on by us as members.

"Sr. Guru Tech Advisor"

What do you think?

There is a "tech advisor" or something or another heading that some people get...

If they want it I think they just need to get in touch with John D....(obviously you need to know your stuff)
