I plan on running 4 winter tires winter the 195/65/15's Hankook W404's.
And saving the 215/60/15 Yokos for summer sprited drives...
This should not effect spedo like some other sizes may?
You may like to reference a calculator when playing with tire exchanges like this:

Yea ok guys I gotta spend more money on 2 snow replacements.
The 2 snow tires setup worked on my FWD VW, so if I drive my 944 in reverse I'll be ok![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
With 4 snow tires I find the balance is more to oversteer in the dry. In the snow you can do great drifts & figure 8's in a parking lot.

I second the 195/65/15 option, thats what im going to be running on my car again this winter. I'm running Dunlop graspic DS3's this year, i had the yokohama IG20's last year and they were very good.
I drove my car up to summit county a lot last year and it was awesome in the snow and such. I lose so much power at altitude (9000+) that i don't have nearly as much chance to overpower the grip i have with the skinny tires.
