How Do You Get The Front Nose Panel Off?

I'm thinking about getting the SFR Stage 2 Intercooler to replace my stock unit. I just went and eyeballed this front panel to see what it took to get it off. I see the obvious smaller screws on the top piece - where else does this thing screw in and how much of a PITA is it to get it off/on?
On a side note - is this thing worth $850 or are there better units out there that are bolt-in replacements...which is what I'm looking for. I don't want to have to fabricate pieces or otherwise move stuff around to get a new one in there.

Those 4 screws, then raise the headlights, there are two each in each headlight bucket, just loosen them don't remove them, you can see the slots in your picture. Then there's two more, one in each side holding the panel to each fender.

There are two 10mm bolts that are holding the ends to the fenders, best to take off the rubber piece below the headlight buckets. Then there are 4 (2 on each side) 8 mm nuts to loosen. Finally there are the two philips screws that I never remember but they are hidden. If you pull yor headlight up 1/2 way and look to where the intercoler would be you will see it. Hope this helps
