Default 924S motor mount Q

I believe the rear motor mount is bad on the 924s i just bought. When you let off the throttle the car sorta shutters. My question is should i just replace it with the stock rubber mounts or go with the more expensive Aluminum racing ones? I'm going to use it for DE for now and maybe club racing eventually... thanks.

ive talked to a shop that services and builds a lot of spec and de cars and they recommended that if the car was going to see ANY street time to look into the "semisolid" Lindsey units

they are spendy, but not much more than oem.

there is no "rear motor mount", just one on each side.

on the early 944 dmes there is a shudder when the car drops to idle because the fuel cutoff is set too low before idle setting. i think the 924S has a late dme though.

take a look at your fuel pressure regulator, i have seen cars stumble when they drop to idle because the fpr cant control the pressure in the rail anymore

i dont think its that because it happens at all speeds. If im upshifting too and let off the throttle the car shudders.

is it only when you completely let off the gas? might be throttle position sensor.
