i dont know how much any of these would cost to have repaired, nor have i ever done these myself.
but those all seem like VERY easy DIY jobs, especially with the help from rennlist that you can get just from asking.

if your planning on buying a car, you should be concerned with way different stuff however.

Well the basics are done.. The car has...

New Clutch(951)
New shifter bushings and linkage back to trans axle
New Valves and seats
New Timing and balance shaft belts
New K&N Air Filter
New Coolant Temp Fan Switch
H4 headlight conversion with 130w High 100w low
New Goodyear assurance triple tread all season tires
CD/MP3 CD radio.
New windshield washer bottle and pump(drain cap on bottle/ reservoir has a crack in it and it needs a cap)
New light bulbs in all position marker lights and tail lights
Has the rear section of the Bursch exhaust set up installed I was going to wait till summer to order the heders.

return line sounds really easy.
u don't need brake wear sensors....just check on the pads every once in a while.
sunroof seal it's somewhat expensive to get ... even dcauto's price is $133

The return line is the huge metal loop line. Not sure on the NA, but IIRC the bumper has to come off to replace it. I've never done one on an NA, maybe you can drop it out the bottom. The line is like 160 bucks though. It could be just patched fairly easily.

Brake wear sensors is a minute or two. It will take longer to jack the car up and pull the wheel.

Seal for the sunroof, again, nothing more than a few minutes.
