Unhappy Water Leak - Bottom corner of Passenger Windshield

I just can't figure out where it's getting in. The windshield has been replaced and resealed, battery tray is fine, sunroof drains are good.

But pour just a bit of water on the outside bottom corner of the windshield and the water gets inside. If I shove a rag into the corner where the windshield meets the dash inside (passenger side), the rag gets wet.

It sounds like the windshield seal, but I watched the guy put it in, had him even take a 2nd look and I even added more sealant just to be sure.

WHERE ELSE COULD IT BE COMING IN?

Everyone else is baffled too huh? <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[crying]" />

I just want to know if there are ANY other possibilities before I rip the window out to see what's going on.

Battery tray is fine and it seems to comes in near where the windshield seals to the body.
