Default Lightweights on an 86?

Is there anyway to put a set of Carerra lightweights on an '86 951 without converting to 87+ stuff?

Thanks
Mike

Adaptors/spacers - likely in the 1"-1.5" range, depending on offsets.

is running 1.5" spacers on the street not the best/most optimal situation? stress out suspension components?

While its not my cup of tea, it should be noted that some cars (911s) left the factory with spacers/adaptors.

I wouldn't recommend it for track use where the loads will be even more severe, but it should be ok on the street.
