I've read that Optic Armor makes very scratch resistant windows as well.

I almost pulled the trigger on a rear hatch from them a few weeks ago but then my water pump crapped out.

Assuming this is just for the plexiglass itself...then you have to fit it to a frame d.i.y. ?
I've not seen a thread on 'How to fit the lexan to frame'.

These. Great for a race car, strong and light but they do scratch very easily. My hatch and side windows from Deutsch 9 are 5 years old now.

Worth noting this is an issue with lexan being a lot lighter and flexible, you need to make sure it is fitted securely. Originally I had the factory trim and spoiler, and I just fitted it with sealer like a glass window. One day it blew out completely during a race. Strong though, came out at 200kph went 20 feet in the air and landed right side up with no damage. Since then it's been riveted to the frame all around.
