Front parking lights don't work?

Front parking lights don't work?
My front side markers and blinkers do not turn on when I turn the parking lights on.
The blinkers work fine as turn signals, and the fog lights work fine as well.
The rear parking lights work.
I recently changed the front DS blinker bulb because it burned out.
Any ideas?

There's a lot of analog logic built into the hazzard switch for this circuit using diodes. As most of us have found out by accident, when you hit the turn signal switch with your knee as you get out of the car, it turns on the marker light for that side as a parking light. I'm not aware of any way you can test it except swapping out with a known good hazzard switch.

I know the marker doesn't blink. But when I hit the switch for the parking lights not even the turn signals will come on as a parking light.
Can the side markers be plugged in the wrong way? I assumed wires were interchangeable. If one of the bulbs was out would it knock out the rest of the front parking light system?
