Default Brake problems

Hi, my 86 NA is no longer my Daily driver, and often sits neglected in my garage. I charged the battery and brought it out the other day, and my brakes were awful. It felt as if the rotors were warped, but everything was great the last time I drove it. I have absolutely no idea where to start, I have never done anything with a braking system before. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have any rust build up on the rotors?

Rotors look fine, and how can you tell if the caliper is sticking? It does pull a bit to one side, but the main thing is that the pedal feels really strange, Its like i cant push it in as far as normal. Does that sound like a sticky caliper?

a warped rotor will shake the steering wheel (if its on a front caliper). If it pulls to one side, its probably a sticking caliper.

it was sitting around two weeks. To clarify, it does shake the wheel, it does pull a bit to one side, the pedal feels too hard, there is no rust on the rotors, and everything was fine the last time I drove it.

Inspect the calipers to ensure free movement
