^ I was wondering about them when writing the question in my post, though I didn't specifically say it.

bumping--anything new on this front in the past two years?

i had a 5.0 mustang which had MUCH better steering after replacing the rubber bushings with aluminum. I have a little 'wandering' feeling in my 951 that I can't seem to replicate in the air.

I had wondered if one could use that trick from making a "solid" tranny mount with 3m window weld: Mount the rack in place with no bushing, use something to hold it centered in the bushing opening, then inject the hard urethane into where the bushing would go.

I am interested in poly bushings too. Or anything that is a mild upgrade from rubber, but cheaper and more forgiving than solid metal or spherical.

A good solution would be smaller rubber bushings and larger (smaller inner diameter) clamps, like they did for the rear upgraded front A-arm mount. If someone made that kit you can count me in for 3 sets.
