That could be an absolute STEAL.. unless it's got over 150,ooo Miles, (or whatver that is in Kilo's, like 250?) and then it's about right. I'm guessing that is the case. Didn't all the 90 Turbos have the 968 wing? It sounds like a very sweet car. Heated Sport Seats.. SCHWING!!!!

This car has been for sale off and on for over a year. Asking price has been dropping about $500/month. I phoned about it when I was looking for mine, but couldn't get together with the seller; either he wasn't very motivated at the time, or he thought I wasn't serious and was wasting his time.

From what I recall, I believe it has relatively high miles (100k+?) but looks good and has the 968-style wing. I heard a rumour from another Rennlister (unconfirmed by me) that it has had some high accident claims. This could be investigated through our provincial insurance company, ICBC. They can provide a record of any accident claims over $2,000.

Unless the car is from out of Province/Country. Previous accident claims do not have to be declared then.

I've talked to the guy. He's living in Germany now, and his family is trying to sell it for him. My understanding is that this car is in excellent condition, and the mileage isn't really all that high. It's just tough to sell these cars for fair money in Vancouver. It's sad, because I think that car is worth a minimum of $25K CDN.
