How often do you guys (and gals) change your coolant?
Just currious! And what do you think about the phosphate free prestone coolant?

i use prestone. change at least every 2 years, if not you get into the danger of developing acidic coolant and woohoo, degrading that head gasket and other seals... yikes!

i used the orange phosphate free prestone coolant. it says it is safe for aluminum engines and it's cheaper than the porsche dealer-distributed antifreeze. i would change my coolant every two years also.

was that for me ian? because i wan't, was there a special on antifreeze lately??? spedvision is down at school here... its intermittent.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />
