Default 87 turbo air flow meter question

I have a pulsating Idle only when the car gets hot. I replaced the ISV and TPS still a pulsating idle. The RPMs vary between pulsations somewhere between 60 and 220 rpms at different times. If I disconnect the TPS the car idles normal when cold but when it gets hot the idle increase to 1400 but stays steady. Now I am looking at the airflow meter box. I read that there is a heat sensor in that box. If that is bad could that be the cause of the pulsating idle? how can I check that? and if so can I replace that sensor? or do I need to get a different air flow meter box?

I had similar issues, with a tendancy to want to die. Replacing the TPS helped. Turns out my AFM connector doesn't always make good connection, causing the car to run visibly (at the tailpipe) rich. Jiggling the connector at the box fixes the issue when it happens to me.
