Default do phone dials need ball seat lug nuts?

I was looking at the lug hole and to me it looks rounded. i'm used to seeing ball seats on a honda oem wheel. didn't expect to see it on a phone dial....

If you plan to take them off a lot use steel ones as can be found on ebay. They will last longer and are cheaper.

i have oem aluminum lugnuts (like 400,000 of them) and any old 19mm/3/4" socket works fine with no damage...
